Job Description
Lucid is seeking an experienced Service Technician to maintain and repair Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs). The role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing complex electric vehicle systems, with a focus on sustainable transportation and problem-solving. It involves training and collaborating with the service team and communicating effectively with the field engineering team. A commitment to sustainability, innovation, and a positive client experience is expected.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician
- ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS)
- Prior experience diagnosing and repairing High Voltage (HV) systems, Low Voltage (LV) systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains
- Experience in luxury automobile repair environments
- Customer facing experience exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- EPA 609 Certification
- Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year
- Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire
- Driver’s License with no suspensions in the last year
