Sr. Counsel, Corporate and Securities

Lucid Motors is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel, Corporate & Securities to join its Legal team. The successful candidate will work on corporate governance and securities matters, support the Board and its Committees, and provide effective business-focused legal advice to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience practicing corporate and securities law
• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm
• In-house experience at a public company
• Degree from a top-tier law school
• Member of a state bar in good standing
• Experience with annual proxy statements and executive compensation reporting
• Experience with SEC filings, capital markets, and M&A transactions
• Solid background in corporate governance and securities for public companies
