Sr. EHS Specialist, Data Analysis and Management System

Lucid is seeking a Senior Fire Protection Engineer to support its Global Services Team within Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS). The role will involve leading the development and implementation of critical EHS programs, applying engineering judgment to complex problems, and maintaining working knowledge of IBC, IFC, and NFPA standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years, or a PhD with 1+ year of fire protection experience in building design and construction
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing EHS processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Understanding of lithium-ion battery storage, handling risks, and best practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand or walk for 10+ hours per day and climb stairs
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
• Highly self-motivated with strong drive for results
