10x Software Engineer

Lucidya is a leading AI-powered Customer Experience Management platform in the MENA region. As a 10x Software Engineer, you will work on rebuilding parts of the platform to achieve extreme reliability, high-scale distributed processing, and AI-native architecture. You will design and operate high-throughput pipelines, build distributed messaging systems, and develop API gateway layers.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and message queues in production
• Deep comfort with concurrency, backpressure, and fault tolerance
• Track record debugging complex production issues
• Experience with Rails or Python backends at meaningful scale
• Ability to read and understand an existing codebase by week one
