The Head of AI Enablement & Productivity is a cross-functional leader responsible for driving AI adoption across every department in the company, with a mandate to scale company output 3-5x without proportional headcount growth.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in operations, consulting, or technology roles with demonstrated AI/automation implementation track record
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools ecosystem
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business processes
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional change in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional project management skills
