Job Description
Lucidya is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and resilience of their AI-native platform for customer experience (CX) intelligence. The successful candidate will own the reliability of the cloud infrastructure, anticipate and prevent issues, and build automation to eliminate them entirely.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering
- Experience working in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production
- Use of Terraform (or similar IaC tools) to manage infrastructure
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar to automate workflows
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Solid grasp of networking, load balancing, and high-availability design
