Job Description
We are seeking a high-velocity Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 – 8 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proven experience working in fast-paced environments with rapid release cycles (Agile/Scrum).
- Demonstrated ability to take a project from a vague requirement to a production-ready solution without heavy architectural supervision.
- At least 2 years of experience working directly with offshore development teams, including managing hand-offs and documentation.
- Experience in industries with high data-compliance needs, such as Healthcare, PBM, or Finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- 10+ years of documented, high-level professional software engineering experience will be considered.
- Master’s degree (MS) in Computer Science is a plus and may offset some years of experience.
- Oracle Certified Professional (PL/SQL).
- AWS/Azure Certified Developer.
- Java SE Programmer certifications.
