Leasing Agent

Ludwig and Company is seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to assist with leasing strategies, tour apartments, and handle administrative tasks for three properties in the Midwest. The individual will also assist with social programs and rent collections, and travel between properties is required.

Requirements

• 1 year of Customer Service and Sales Experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• 1 Year Apartment leasing preferred
• Strong Filing, Computer and organization skills
