Job Description
Ludwig and Company is seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Consultant at our Sun Prairie, WI apartment community. The individual will assist the Property Manager with marketing and leasing strategies, touring apartments, tracking leasing prospects, and completing lease applications.
Requirements
- 1 year of Customer Service and Sales Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- 1 Year Apartment leasing preferred
- Strong Filing, Computer and organization skills
