Job Description
Production Manager responsible for a stable and efficient production process, building strong production teams, and continuous improvement of efficiency, quality standards, and delivery reliability.
Requirements
- Higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level
- Several years of experience as a Production Manager in a dynamic production environment, preferably in the food sector
- Proven people manager with experience in coaching and developing teams
- Communicatively strong and able to switch between different levels within the organization
- Action-oriented, decisive, and able to ensure a thorough follow-up of agreements
- Proficient in Dutch and English
- Computer literate and experience with ERP systems and Excel
- Technical and process insight and ability to quickly grasp production and packaging processes
