Production Coordinator will be the hub of the daily operation, ensuring safety and quality are met, and leading a team of approximately 25 colleagues. The role requires experience in process technology, managing a production team, and improving work processes. The coordinator will report directly to the Manager of Manufacturing and work closely with Technical Services, Supply Chain, Quality Control, and SHEQ.
Requirements
- Technical basis
- Experience with process technology; preferably in a chemical environment
- Extensive experience in managing a production team
- Good understanding of production processes and technology
- Experience in improving work processes and training colleagues
- Experience in a chemical production environment
- Experience with food or Seveso is a plus
