Change Management Lead, Supply Chain Programs will implement change management initiatives for Supply Chain projects, scoping, planning, designing and implementing change and engagement activities to enable project(s) and support the adoption of changes required by transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in planning and delivering change management activities for transformation projects
- University, College, Certification or Degree in business, change management, operations, or similar relevant field
- Change Management certification or designation desired
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience working cross-functionally with product management and technology an asset
- Experience working in an agile technology environment an asset
- Strong communications skills: verbal, written, negotiation and presentational.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and operating under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency.
- Experience in a vertically integrated, global, specialty apparel retail environment is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve conflicts across workgroups.
- Strong business acumen and analytical, problem-solving skills with the ability to connect learning initiatives with business goals and results
- Proven aptitude for and interest in leading-edge development tools and technology
