Learning Designer – Product Training

The Learning Designer will lead the design, development, and execution of learning initiatives to support large-scale technology implementation projects. They will create immersive and engaging learning experiences and maintain existing learning materials. The role requires a strong aptitude for learning new technologies, systems, and processes. A portfolio of work demonstrating measurable impact and innovation in learning design is required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in learning or instructional design
• Advanced proficiency with digital authoring tools, video creation tools, and learning management systems
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
• Ability to align learning solutions with business outcomes
• Post-secondary degree in Instructional Design, Human Performance Improvement, Learning Technology, or a related field
