Lead sales in Germany for Luma AI, spearheading a primarily outbound prospecting strategy to identify and engage key decision-makers at target Brand, Agency, and Media accounts across Europe, with a focus on Germany.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
• Proven 'hunter' with a demonstrated history of creating new business from scratch through relentless outbound prospecting.
• Experience successfully navigating the '0-to-1' and hypergrowth phase of a company, preferably as a founding or early sales hire in a new market or region.
