Lume and Mando are looking for a sharp, versatile Creative Strategist to take the reins on Mando. The role involves owning the creative end-to-end across most of Mando's ad formats, partnering with senior creative minds, and growing fast while learning from exceptional team members.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in creative strategy, content production, performance marketing, or a related field.
- A track record of owning creative for a brand or product line, not just contributing to it.
- Hands-on experience editing video (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Solid direct-response or performance advertising chops. You understand what makes an ad convert, not just look good.
- Experience running creator operations end-to-end (sourcing, briefing, contracting, whitelisting) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g., AdCreative.ai, Midjourney, Runway, or similar) is a strong plus.
