Job Description
Lume and Mando, part of Mammoth Brands, is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the executive leadership team for their marketing teams. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and resourceful individual who can work flexibly and outside traditional working hours. They will support the Chief Marketing Officers, manage complex calendaring, and execute executive projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience
- Interest in continuing to grow as an Executive Assistant
- Strong business judgment and communication skills
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment with confidential and sensitive information
- Proactive and self-starting attitude
- Curiosity about AI and experimenting with new tools
- Open to giving and receiving feedback
