Senior Counsel

The Senior Counsel - Mammoth Care will serve as a strategic legal and business partner to the Mammoth Care business unit of Mammoth Brands Inc., supporting key aspects of the business unit's commercial activities and shaping and executing relevant legal strategies that enable Mammoth Care's near- and long-term growth.

Requirements

• Serve as a key business partner and advisor to select members of the Mammoth Care executive team and commercial functions across the business unit
• Advise on, draft and negotiate commercial transactions and agreements across a variety of subject matter areas
• Manage data privacy matters arising within relevant business functions
