Senior Data Analyst

We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst who combines strong business intelligence skills with applied data science capabilities to drive data-based decision-making through advanced analytics, scalable dashboard development, and statistical analysis.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
• Translate business questions into structured analyses and clear visual outputs
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from enterprise systems
• Design and implement statistical models or machine learning approaches
• Work within Databricks or similar platforms to explore and analyze large datasets
• Partner with data engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
• Perform root cause analysis and identify trends, risks, and performance drivers
• Document reporting logic, metric definitions, and data sources
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
