Job Description
The Controller will lead the full-cycle accounting operations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and will also manage complex close processes, design and implement accounting frameworks, and collaborate with various teams to ensure entity structures support project finance, regulatory compliance, and operational scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA required
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Leadership roles experience
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or real assets preferred
- Prior experience in a private equity-backed company strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of tax equity structures, project finance, and asset-level accounting
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and/or analytics tools, such as powerBI
