We're looking for a dynamic leader to lead our technical customer support team and take our service quality to the next level. As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will support our customers in resolving technical issues and take on team lead tasks.
Requirements
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im technischen Kundensupport
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastruktur, Windows-/Linux-Betriebssystemen und CRM-/Ticket-Systemen
