Our customer, a well-established energy service provider for the real estate industry, is looking for a Team Leader Customer Service Technician for the Tyrol and Vorarlberg region.
Requirements
- Professional and operational leadership of a team of around 20 employees in customer service in Tyrol and Vorarlberg
- Central contact person for technical questions as well as support in the daily business
- Ensuring quality, efficiency, and achievement of goals in the region in close coordination with the workshop management
- Conducting employee interviews and developing the team
- Supporting technical missions in the field as needed
- Participation in the optimization of work flows and processes
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Close collaboration with other team leaders and internal interfaces
