Technical Support Engineer

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support our Technical Support Team by performing configuration, ERP tasks, and preparing units for exchange/repair. The role involves basic configuration tasks, preparation of units, processing orders, and supporting customer service with order data checks and shipment documentation.

Requirements

• Technical education in electronics
• Administrative or technical support experience
• Experience with CRM/Ticketing/ERP systems is a plus
• Ability to read technical documentation
• Understanding of data types and file structures
• MS Office proficiency
• Fluent English and Swedish
• Good organisational and communication skills
