Build the hiring engine behind one of the top 5 Amazon sellers in the US as a Talent Acquisition Manager, owning the entire talent acquisition function and building a hiring machine that keeps pace with aggressive growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR function
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- Hands-on experience managing requisitions in common ATS platforms and building scalable hiring workflows
- Advanced proficiency with sourcing tools including LinkedIn, social media, and outbound strategies
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Deep understanding of federal and state hiring and employment laws (EEO, ADA, FLSA, OSHA)
- Prior supervisory experience managing TA support staff
