You'll forge strong relationships with both colleagues in operations, pricing, and the most energy-intensive companies.
Requirements
- Building strong relationships, you manage and grow a portfolio of strategic B2B customers.
- Acquisition and growth strategies that deliver results are designed and driven by you.
- Diving into customer needs, you translate them to tailored energy solutions.
- Commercial targets are achieved and win-win deals negotiated by you.
- Acting as an trusted energy advisor, you guide customers toward efficiency and sustainability.
- The voice of the customer is represented by you within Luminus, as you collaborate closely with internal teams.
- You have a master's degree (economics, management or engineering).
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of French and English.
- You have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the energy sector.
- You have strong commercial skills, are good at building relationships and preferably have an existing network.
- You have experience in energy management, sales, energy advice or project management.
