Join Our Team as a LEAD LINE COOK! Opportunities in California & Texas! We’re looking for a dedicated Lead Line Cook to help us deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements
- Accurately and efficiently prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Luna Grill recipes.
- Knows and complies with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, etc.
- Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
- Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations.
