Group Sales Coordinator

The Group Sales Coordinator position provides additional support in day-to-day operations, acts as lead sales in collaboration with team members, and assists supervisors with various programs. The role requires delivering outstanding service, maintaining exceptional knowledge of shows and programs, and demonstrating reliability and dependability.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• One to two years related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before patrons and employees
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Knowledge of Windows, MS Word, and MS Outlook
• Previous experience with ticketing software or database a plus
