Job Description
The Group Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing booking administration support to accounts and Group Sales Representatives, making and modifying bookings, and communicating with customers to nurture relationships and drive customer retention and referrals.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of administrative and customer service experience.
- Proficient time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong organizations skills and attentive to detail
- Effective language and communication skills including proper phone and email etiquette.
