Job Description
Join Sunwing Vacations Group as a Group Sales Costing Agent to help make vacation dreams come true. As the Group Sales Costing Agent, you will provide excellent customer service while generating new sales through relationship building, the growth of customer loyalty, and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Diploma in Travel OR 2 years of work experience in the travel industry is an asset.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong Customer service skills and the ability to adjust to the needs of the customer in each call
- Experience with Microsoft Office
