As a Bilingual Program Supervisor Mental Health Clinician, you will conduct mental health screenings and assessments, provide culturally appropriate counseling, and work closely with the Mental Health Management team to ensure smooth operations of the Latinx Outreach program.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field
- Current counseling certification and licensing in the state of Oregon, or making progress toward securing an Oregon license in the next 6 months
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish (Bilingual)
- Experience in data collection, analytics and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
