Job Description
Lutheran Social Services of Illinois is hiring a full-time Bilingual Mental Health Clinician to provide therapy, community support, and case management to children, adolescents, and adults. The position is a hybrid role with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or education
- MSW/MA
- Minimum of one (1) year experience providing clinical therapy
- IMCANS certification
- Background check clearance
- Demonstrated knowledge of DSM diagnosis criteria
- Bilingual English/Spanish, verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to successfully work independently
- Experience establishing and maintaining collaborative community partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing
