Mental Health Clinician, Welcoming Center

LSSI is hiring a full-time Mental Health Clinician to provide prescreening, therapy, and linkage case management services in a team-based environment. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a similar field, and at least 1 year of experience working with adult clients with a mental health diagnosis.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or similar field required
• LCSW/LCPC preferred, not required
• LSW/LPC preferred not required
• CADC preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with adult clients with a mental health diagnosis, conducting counseling, crisis intervention or case management required
• Bilingual, written and verbal preferred
• Background check clearance required
• Must pass the IL IM-CANS training/test
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing
• Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software
