Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking a talented Case Manager to provide full wrap around case management services to LSF clients and families while establishing a relationship with them and living the agency’s core values.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Certified or become certified within one year
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
- Insurance
- Ability to operate a computer
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to develop coherent written correspondence and progress notes
- Ability to travel locally, and out of the area
- Certified First Aid/CPR, and crisis intervention
