Case Manager (1256)

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking a talented Case Manager to provide full wrap around case management services to LSF clients and families while establishing a relationship with them and living the agency’s core values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Certified or become certified within one year
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Insurance
• Ability to operate a computer
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Ability to develop coherent written correspondence and progress notes
• Ability to travel locally, and out of the area
• Certified First Aid/CPR, and crisis intervention
