Job Description
Lutheran Services Florida is seeking an Operations Specialist to provide guidance and support to case management teams, maintain effective mechanisms for timely problem identification and resolution, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related human service field
- Minimum of three years of Florida child welfare experience
- Experience working in Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) Integrated Child Welfare Information System
