Job Description
LSS is dedicated to providing community-based services in the most integrated setting possible. As a Positive Support Specialist, you will work in our Intensive Community Residential Services (ICRS) programs, assisting individuals with complex needs to reach their goals and participate in meaningful activities.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals
- Ability to physically stand, squat, bend, or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of local community resources (plus)
- Cleared by a Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) background study
- Driver's license and Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) required
