Key responsibilities include strategic account ownership, deep customer and market understanding, commercial growth and profitability, client relationship leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management
- Proven experience managing national and/or regional chain retailers
- Prior background in Beauty, Fragrance, Skincare, or Luxury Retail is highly preferred
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Hands-on experience in Joint Business Planning (JBP)
- Strong communication skills in Thai and good command of Business English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
