LUXASIA is a leading beauty omnichannel brand-builder in Asia Pacific, seeking a Key Account Manager to develop business partnerships with key accounts, drive sales targets, and lead negotiations. The successful candidate will have a university graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines, with at least 3-5 years' experience in sales and marketing. The role involves collaboration with team members, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
Requirements
- Work closely with Management and Brand Team to develop a strong business partnership with key accounts, such as retail chains stores
- Own the EM Channel Performance, build and lead annual business plans for key EM accounts
- Drive sell-in and sell-out forecasts in close collaboration with demand planning
- Plan, initiate, and execute promotions to ensure the sales target is on track
- Lead negotiations on trading terms, space, and promotional support
- Learn and develop a deep understanding of the respective areas and priority products. Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors.
- Conduct regular reports on sales performance and analysis for management review
- Conduct regular business reviews with both customers and internal teams
- Regular on-site store visits in secure brand visibility, product exposure, availability and identify business opportunity
- Develop new sales channels and explore new business opportunities to increase sales revenue
- Ability to monitor stock in each door, ensuring there are adequate supplies
- Identify methods of stock generation in conjunction with each sales supervisor, and to respond to stock concerns where relevant
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
