Retail Operations Executive

LUXASIA is the leading and largest beauty omnichannel brand-builder of Asia Pacific. The Retail Operations Executive role is responsible for managing the sales and operational function of the business, including retail operations support, team performance, inventory and supply chain coordination, training and team support, reporting and analytics, and compliance and SOP management.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of relevant working experience
• At least 3-5 years working experience in the retail industry
• Prior experience in the beauty industry will be an added advantage
• Retail supervisory experience and ability to manage a retail staff
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially MS Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Display initiative with a pleasant disposition
• Willing and ready to travel
