Job Description
LUXASIA is seeking a Retail Operations Executive to provide end-to-end operational support to retail counters across Australia, ensuring consistent execution, system integrity, and compliance with brand standards through remote oversight. The role involves analyzing key operational and commercial performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and providing remote operational support for core systems. The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Business and 3 to 5 years' experience in operations, retail, or a similar environment, with strong analytical, coordination, and reporting ability, and hands-on with systems.
