Group Charter Director - Europe

Luxaviation ONE is seeking a Group Charter Director - Europe to build the company's new Group Charter department from the ground up, with full responsibility for strategy and execution. The role requires a minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in charter sales and at least 3 years in a senior management or director-level role.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in charter sales
• At least 3 years in a senior management or director-level role with team-building responsibilities
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the proven ability to create and grow a new business unit
• Solid commercial track record and established network of international corporate clients and partners
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong asset
