We are looking for an IT Commercial professional to identify and prospect new business opportunities, evaluate and qualify potential clients, and provide outsourcing solutions.
Requirements
- Prospecting: Identify and prospect new business opportunities for IT outsourcing services
- Client Potential Evaluation: Evaluate and qualify potential clients to ensure they fit the ideal client profile for the services offered
- Client Needs Analysis: Understand the technological challenges and needs of potential clients to offer suitable outsourcing solutions
- Consulting: Act as a consultant, providing recommendations on how IT outsourcing can solve specific problems and improve operational efficiency
- Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals describing outsourcing services, benefits, and contractual terms
- Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of services to potential clients, highlighting the advantages and benefits of IT outsourcing
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, including service scope, service levels (SLA), and prices
- Sales Closure: Finalize contracts and ensure agreement signatures with clients
- Relationship Maintenance: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
- Post-Sales Service: Monitor service performance and ensure client expectations are met
- Client Comments: Collect client comments on services provided and collaborate with the delivery team to resolve any issues or improve services
- Continuous Improvement: Use client feedback to adjust proposals and improve service offerings
