Job Description
LUZCO is seeking a Senior Transmission Project Manager with expertise in high-voltage transmission line or substation projects. The role demands strong leadership, technical insight, and the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience managing high-voltage transmission or substation projects
- Project management experience must include the construction phase of project execution
- In-depth knowledge of substations and/or transmission lines, with the ability to articulate this understanding clearly
- Proven ability to engage effectively with a wide variety of industry, government, and public contacts on project-related matters
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Project Management Professional PMP certification is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required; must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the company’s vehicle driving privileges
