Senior Transmission Project Manager

LUZCO is seeking a Senior Transmission Project Manager to oversee full lifecycle execution of high-voltage transmission line or substation projects. The role demands strong leadership, technical insight, and ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing high-voltage transmission or substation projects.
• Project management experience must include the construction phase of project execution.
• In-depth knowledge of substations and/or transmission lines, with the ability to articulate this understanding clearly.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with a wide variety of industry, government, and public contacts on project-related matters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project Management Professional PMP certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required; must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the company’s vehicle driving privileges.
