Transmission Project Manager Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced Transmission Project Management Supervisor to lead and support the delivery of large-scale electric transmission and utility infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
• 7+ years of experience managing or supporting electric transmission, utility, or large infrastructure projects
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising Project Managers or project teams
• Strong understanding of the transmission project lifecycle, including siting, permitting, engineering/design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout
• Experience managing large capital projects, preferably $50M+
• Familiarity with utility project management frameworks, stage-gate processes, and construction management practices
• Ability to analyze project financials, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements related to utility or transmission projects
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
