Job Description
LVT is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the strategic vision for their Intelligence and Ecosystem Delivery pillars. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in product management leadership, technical depth in AI/ML workflows, and a strong understanding of security protocols. The role offers flexibility in work location, including HQ in American Fork, UT, Seattle, WA, or remote in the US, with occasional travel required.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive product management leadership
- Deep familiarity with AI/ML workflows (Edge vs. Cloud), Video Management Systems (VMS), and API-driven ecosystem integrations
- Proven ability to take broad organizational directives and distill them into actionable, prioritized roadmaps for high-performing engineering teams
- Strong understanding of enterprise-grade security protocols, including experience navigating FedRAMP, SOC2, or similar compliance frameworks
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives with clarity and executive presence
- Data-driven approach to product management, with the ability to build business cases based on utilization metrics, ROI, and forensic efficacy
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; possesses the "scrappy" innovation mindset that is core to LVT's DNA
