Associate Program Manager, Regulatory Operations

The Regulatory Product Operations team is situated at the heart of Lyft’s business: we develop and support vital operations core to keeping Lyft’s business growing and in compliance. As a Level 4 Associate Program Manager, you will independently own the strategy and execution for several end-to-end projects or program areas.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Program Management Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to own multiple project workstreams end-to-end with limited oversight.
• Technical Literacy: Proficient level understanding of technical products and services.
• Analytical Skill: Able to interpret data and metrics to measure success and identify improvements.
• Communication: Able to summarize a program area clearly and concisely to varying audiences with little notice.
• Regulatory/Compliance Interest: Experience or strong interest in navigating complex, shifting regulatory landscapes.
• Accountability: High sense of urgency and ownership over both personal goals and shared team outcomes.
