As an Associate Program Manager, Regulatory Operations, you will independently own the strategy and execution for several end-to-end projects or program areas, driving the delivery of complex regulatory solutions. You will lead cross-departmental collaboration, building alignment between technical and non-technical partners to ensure Lyft remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient level understanding of technical products and services
- Able to interpret data and metrics to measure success and identify improvements
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership over both personal goals and shared team outcomes
- Experience or strong interest in navigating complex, shifting regulatory landscapes
