We're seeking an Operations & Analytics Manager to drive growth, measurement, and optimization of our Partnerships channel. You'll own the operational and performance framework, HubSpot ownership, and analytics to produce actionable insights and ideas that shape commercial and strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics or Partnerships Operations
- Owned HubSpot in a meaningful way, building reporting frameworks, improving CRM standards and acting as a trusted system lead for sales teams
- Comfortable with Excel to understand and build forecasting and performance tracking models
- Comfortable working with data at depth, spotting inconsistencies, pressure-testing assumptions and turning complex analysis into practical recommendations
