Requirements
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance or commercial finance, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in inventory-based, manufacturing, FMCG or supply-chain-led businesses, with a strong understanding of margin, cost and volume drivers.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data, understand underlying drivers and translate insights into clear actions and decisions.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with financial systems and new tools, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting platforms.
- Comfortable juggling priorities, getting hands-on and driving process improvement in a scaling business.
- People leadership experience, with a track record of coaching and developing team members.
