Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Lyka is an Australian founded pet wellness company that's shaking up an outdated industry and paving the way for happier, healthier pets. They are looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to deliver core cyclical FP&A processes, own Lyka’s financial performance and analysis cadence, and lead and support a team of two FP&A team members.

Requirements

• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, corporate finance or commercial finance, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience in inventory-based, manufacturing, FMCG or supply-chain-led businesses, with a strong understanding of margin, cost and volume drivers.
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data, understand underlying drivers and translate insights into clear actions and decisions.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with financial systems and new tools, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting platforms.
• Comfortable juggling priorities, getting hands-on and driving process improvement in a scaling business.
• People leadership experience, with a track record of coaching and developing team members.
