Senior Data Analyst

Lynch Consultants is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the Department of the Air Force in the National Capital Region on a Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) effort focused on financial data automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled mission support.

Requirements

• MUST have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• MUST have 8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, database support, reporting, automation, or related technical/business solution delivery, including experience supporting Federal or state agencies or large, complex organizations.
• MUST have an active Secret Clearance or Interim Secret Clearance, with the ability to maintain eligibility.
• MUST have experience with data analysis/programming tools such as Python, PySpark, SQL, R, Scala, Visual Basic, or similar technologies used to parse, cleanse, manipulate, analyze, and visualize large datasets.
• MUST have experience developing and maintaining data products such as databases, dashboards, visualizations, analytic reports, and data cleansing scripts/processes.
• MUST have experience providing direction on data deliverables or work products, interacting directly with Government stakeholders, and supporting client-facing project execution.
• MUST have familiarity with modern data and automation environments, including tools such as Databricks, Palantir, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar platforms.
• MUST have exposure to OCR, AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or use of large language models (LLMs) in an operational or business environment.
• MUST have strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to brief stakeholders, lead discussions, and operate with limited oversight on assigned workstreams.
